TUESDAY CRUISEDAY! Woot!

Today's theme returns to PAYING ATTENTION. So in the interests of this, we are going to return to Beech Hill. An easy hike, for sure, but this time we are going to take it slow... I want you to walk at a slower pace than you are used to, and pay attention to how it changes your experience.

When you pass the Birch Trees on the way up the hill, you can return to normal walking pace...but spend the first part of the walk at a slow pace and see what you notice.

When you reach the top, take 10 minutes to sit solo. Sit in silence and observe your breath. Notice your thoughts - it's ok if you return to thinking about the To Do list, or the pressures that exist in your life. But let those thoughts pass through you and allow whatever sits beneath (or behind) those thoughts also surface.

Once the group feels it is ready to rejoin and return down the hill, do it. Share as you wish. Walk at whatever pace feels natural.
