TUESDAY CRUISE-DAY... Woot!

Today's theme is the POWER OF WATER.

There is a reason why real estate near the water is more expensive! The Oceans, Lakes, Rivers and Streams of our world have a measurable impact on our well-being...on our physiological state, AND on our minds.

And who doesn't love a good walk on the beach?

This week we head to Laite Beach, in Camden. This is such a little gem of a beach, right in town...There is so much to do and see. Look out at the harbor, watch the sea traffic, collect sea glass...take pictures, follow your bliss :)!

We will spend an hour (more or less) at the beach.

COOL IDEA: Bring a journal and sit on the grass to draw or write a few things down...
