Today's theme is the POWER OF WATER.

There is a reason why real estate near the water is more expensive! The Oceans, Lakes, Rivers and Streams of our world have a measurable impact on our well-being...on our physiological state, AND on our minds.

And who doesn't love a good walk on the beach?

This week we head to Lucia Beach, in Owl's Head. Also known as Birch Point State Park. There is so much to do and see. Walk around the point on the trail, collect sea glass...take pictures, follow your bliss :)!

We will spend an hour (or more) at the beach. Car pooling is an option - ping Mish for arrangements :).
