Join us for the winter series of Womens Wellness Walks!

Meet at the end of Maiden’s Cliff Rd (first right off Youngtown Rd after you turn right off Route 52). We will walk up the trail, through the fields and to the Maiden Cliff viewpoint.

Wear good solid walking/hiking footwear and bring a windbreaker/ wear layers if it's windy. This hike is not as steep or challenging as the Maidens' Cliff access from Route 52 but is still a good hike.

Doctors Kate Killoran and Katy Morrisson will provide a brief talk on a topical wellness topic, and we will walk together. Mish Sommers, Founder of Happier Outside, will facilitate a moment of reflection en-route.
