This, our final walk in this Fall series is a wonderful way to experience the change in seasons with access to a wonderful stream, a beautiful forest section, and a striking blueberry barren. The parking at Hodson Preserve is limited, so please carpool with friends if you can!
Wear good solid walking/hiking footwear - and bring layers as we are likely to warm up. This hike is not steep but is surprisingly challenging in some places if you aren’t wearing the appropriate gear. It’s also a very easy-to-follow trail so if you ever want to turn back, it’s easy to do that!
This week, Mish Sommers, Founder of Happier Outside, will facilitate a discussion amongst us - what wellness habit or practice makes a difference for YOU? It could be breathwork, going for a walk with a friend, stretching, drinking lemon juice… we all have those hacks that we use, or things we do, that really work for us and make a difference in our lives - come ready to share one that you are hoping to lean into for the upcoming holiday season!
Please be sure to review and sign the liability release. We ask that you are familiar with this, and to sign a copy once each calendar year.
