Join us for a walk through Eriksen Fields Preserve, and then up to Beech Hill Preserve in Rockport. This is a (roughly) 4-mile walk and hike, with some elevation and wonderful views across Penobscot Bay.
The link here describes the walk pretty well, in case you haven’t been here before. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes, boots or sneakers as the conditions may be a bit wet and the trail is mostly gravel with slightly rocky terrain at times. Mish Sommers (Happier Outside Founder and WWW facilitator) will present the philosophy of Happier Outside and the Wellness Walks, and facilitate a mindfulness exercise at the top of Beech Hill.
Bring a water bottle, wear layers (it can be windy at the top), and be ready to walk and talk!
